Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, growth-driven CEO to capitalise on this momentum. With an expected 10x growth the CEO needs to be hands-on, product-centric that can lead an agile, technical firm from startup to scale.

• Design and implement the company's overall strategic vision
• Review and refine product pricing strategies to optimize revenue
• Lead our VC matched capital raise and manage investor relations
• Establish product verticals beyond gaming to expand market reach
• Set clear goals providing guidance for internal teams to achieve KPIs
• Cultivate a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent

Candidate

Someone who has worked and lead product teams in a fast-paced, startup moving to a group operations role as the firm scales would be a great match for this position.

• 8 years’ (min) experience in an SAAS product facing role leading group operations
• Experience raising £10m and lead the associated preparation for the capital raise
• Outstanding communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and investors
• Must have worked closely with developers and understands the dev mentality
• Expert in strategy execution and delivery implementation across the business
• Experience with CRM machine learning / AI SAAS products in the B2B space
• Experience working in and scaling Founder-led, sub-ten employee startups
• Natural leader who can mentor and garner the very best from their team

Note: We’re a big believer in leaders who are seen and heard. As such this is an office-based role at our HQ in London. If you’re interested in the role but not based in London, we’d be happy to support relocation for the right candidate.
