Job Description

Seeking junior to mid-level Python Developers with 2 + years of experience to join a local financial institution on a permanent basis working in a hybrid model, 3x a week onsite.


You will solve complex problems in a constantly changing environment from working with large scale computations, real-time systems, high performance computing to petabytes of data. Designing and optimizing systems that process massive amounts of data.


We don’t expect you to have prior industry experience in proprietary trading or financial services. We’re looking for people who are naturally curious, relentless problem solvers, and have the desire to continuously innovate, learn, and grow.


What we seek:

  • Proficiency with any object-oriented language – Python for this opportunity (we often use C#, C++, and Python).
  • Graduates of a related field of study (bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, etc) and have 2+ years of professional experience
  • Problem solvers constantly seeking out new challenges
  • Adaptability – someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fluid organizational structure
