Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 AED p/month + benefits

We are hiring a Creative Lead to join our clients team on a permanent contract, based in Sharjah, UAE.

Our client is one of the UAE's largest food companies with a portfolio of market-leading brands, renowned for sustainable products and brands. Established over 15 years ago, our client services a wide network of large retailers across the UAE known for it's reputation for being a market-leading manufacturer and producer of sustainable food products.

We are hiring a Creative Designer Lead to join the team and manage a small team of creatives, manage external agency engagements, and define creative direction for a range of projects and campaigns.

This role is a broad creative position, where the Creative Design Lead will support creative direction and hands-on designs for offline and online projects. Projects vary from; offline, print media, packaging design, web design, art direction, animation, and graphic design.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• 5+ years as a Creative Designer, digital and offline
• Management experience
• Strong technical / digital knowledge
• Experience partnering or working with external digital agencies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Hold a Degree in Creative / Design / Multimedia
• Updated portfolio with evidence of creative / design work
