Creative Designer - Growth

Salt have partnered with an Financial Trading platform to find them a growth-driven Creative Designer to translated marketing and growth strategies into visual assets that drive user engagement and acquisition.

This is a fantastic opportunity to drive growth and enhance brand visibility at a fast-paced, collaborative organisation.

As Creative Designer, you'll be creating ad creatives, app store visuals, and digital campaigns, working with Design and Marketing leaders to optimise creative assets based on performance data. This is a data-informed role, as well as creative, so you'll be analysing performance metrics and iterating accordingly.

So, what are they looking for?

• 4+ years' experience in performance-driven design
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Tilda, After Effects etc.
• Strong understanding of user behaviour and marketing trends
• Proven experience in a fast-paced data-driven environment.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position (in the UK), full-time and permanent.
