Mechanical Design Engineer - Systems

Your Role

• Design system modifications for aircraft, focusing on Environmental Control Systems (ECS), oxygen, soundproofing, smoke detection, water/waste systems, and more.
• Collaborate on aircraft structural and interior modifications.
• Support administrative and organizational tasks within the design team.
• Ensure designs comply with certification requirements and regulations.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D/3D CAD mechanical drawings.
• Select components, materials, and equipment.
• Create technical documentation, reports, and installation instructions.
• Draft engineering design standards.
  
  

Your Profile

• Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge in physics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and aerospace technology; acoustics knowledge is a plus.
• Skilled in 2D/3D design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA) and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; French or German is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and excellent at time management.
