Who We're Looking For 🌟

We are embarking on an exciting venture within our product line, focused on AI-powered services. To lead this initiative, we're assembling a specialized team to develop and maintain these cutting-edge solutions.

We’re seeking an experienced Python Team Lead who will collaborate with experts to design and build these services from the ground up. In the next phase, this leader will assemble and manage a new team to further enhance and scale the AI capabilities.

What You'll Do 🚀

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance Python service architectures.
• Implement new features leveraging AI functionality.
• Ensure technical quality and monitor production services for performance and stability.
• Contribute to and maintain the technical roadmap.
• Lead recruitment efforts and manage team performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts for seamless integration and operation of services.

What You'll Bring 💥

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer, specializing in high-load systems.
• Deep knowledge of Python and asynchronous programming techniques.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, with a focus on hiring and team performance.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
