Job Description
- Design & Develop high-performance, low-latency backend systems for AI-driven quantitative trading.
- Optimize & Maintain real-time trading infrastructure to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to enhance trading strategies and execution speed.
- Implement & Improve system reliability using advanced algorithms, distributed computing, and fault-tolerant architectures.
- Enhance & Monitor production environments, ensuring seamless operation of mission-critical trading systems.
- Research & Innovate with the latest technologies to drive continuous improvement in trading performance.
- At least 3 years of financial industry experience.
- Expert in backend development, system design, and optimization.
- Proficient in coding with C++, Java, Python, Rust, or Go.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing.
- Familiar with online service production and iteration processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes trading environment.
