Experience

• Strong Rust or Golang
• Experience designing, implementing and maintaining scalable and reliable backend infrastructure
• Experience building with AWS, GCP, Azure with Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience building from the ground up

Nice-to-have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, Cryptography (or Blockchain is a plus)
