Job Description

Hey everyone! Construction Company is hiring a Full-Time Remote Construction Software Manager.


You’ll be working directly for the company and managing projects using Procore, a construction management software.

What you’ll do:
  • Keep project details updated in Procore (reports, drawings, documents, etc.).
  • Track progress and follow up to keep things moving.
  • Help team members use Procore efficiently.
  • Work with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to stay organized.
  • Fix any software-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Procore certification is required (If you don’t have it yet, you can get certified easily).
  • Experience with construction projects, admin, or software management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills.
