Role Overview:

As a CRM Content Writer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting an exceptional customer experience through innovative content strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine creativity, analytical skills, and industry expertise to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of marketing and communication plans to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
• Plan, develop, and execute creative marketing campaign content aimed at boosting customer engagement and commercial performance across all communication channels.
• Manage all content tools and platforms (CMS, CRM, etc.).
• Ensure all content aligns with the guidelines established by the marketing department.
• Balance creativity with technical precision to devise original and effective SEO strategies.
• Support website optimization for improved search engine visibility.
• Design, manage, and optimize multiple targeted retention campaigns and personalized promotions for each brand/product simultaneously.
• Execute marketing campaigns using both automated and manual processes, ensuring timely delivery even outside standard working hours (planning required).
• Collaborate with CRM, Design, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure smooth coordination from brief to delivery.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, focusing on CRM and content creation.
• Languages: Fluent in French and a strong command of English.
• Professional knowledge of HTML and CSS development and constraints.
• Analytical mindset with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail.
