SCCM & Intune Administration:
Technical Expertise:
- Location: Fully remote, Central Europe Time Zone

SCCM & Intune Administration:
- Onboarding and managing multiple Microsoft Subscriptions and SCCM Infrastructure instances.
- Upgrading SCCM environments to the current branch and troubleshooting SCCM & OS-layer issues.
- Developing and executing OS Deployment (OSD) Task Sequences and application deployments.
- Creating and maintaining Gold Builds for Windows OS versions.
- Managing Application Packaging & Deployment (SCCM 2007/2012, App-V technology).
- Conducting INFOSEC vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
- Implementing security best practices, including Group Policy (GPO) settings, OS registry configurations, and CVE mitigation strategies.
- Coordinating with the Enterprise Monitoring Team to fine-tune security alerts and monitoring.
- Developing and implementing Change Requests in coordination with the Infrastructure Team.
- Supporting Technical Architects and Project Managers with resource planning and technical estimations.
- Collaborating with vendors such as Microsoft, Veeam, VMware, and Dell-EMC for escalations and support.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, reporting, and internal procedures for IT teams.
- Providing training and mentorship to engineers on deployment strategies and methodologies.
- Leading knowledge-sharing initiatives across IT support tiers.
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows XP to Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of SCCM (2007, 2012 SP1, Current Branch), including installation, configuration, and administration.
- Expertise in Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), and Windows Server environments (Server 2000 to Server 2012 R2).
- Experience with Intune, App Packaging, and Microsoft App-V Technology.
- Familiarity with Citrix environments and enterprise infrastructure support.
- Experience in large-scale IT projects across multiple industries.
- Ability to train, mentor, and lead teams of engineers within an ITIL framework.
- Strong documentation skills for handover, training, and process development.
