Senior Product Manager

I am currently looking for a Senior Product Manager for a global SaaS company are looking to continue their growth - almost 50% growth in the last 2.5 years!

Not only are they known for being one of the UK’s highest performing tech companies but are key partners of Microsoft and Google, working 60,000+ businesses in 150+ countries globally.

This role reports directly into the Director of Product.

Location: London based - fully remote!

Salary: £85,000

The Role:

/ You will help to build a new product from scratch and watch it come into full production.

/ Build the product portfolio strategy that will help power the company's next phase of growth.

/ Lead a cross-functional team, collaborating with technology, design, and go-to-market roles to continually set and execute product plans.

/ Directly contribute to the company’s product strategy and roadmap.

/ Present insights, progress and plans to Product Engineering and the wider business.

/ Set best practices and drive the direction of the product.

/ Deploy your own business and product knowledge to execute the best approach for the product, and future products.

/ Leverage the skills and knowledge of others to create a strong team environment and collective capability.

/ Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision.

/ Manage stakeholders proactively and share all successes and problems to ensure progress.

Skills and Expertise:

/ 5+ years’ experience in the Product Management space.

/ Proven track record on successful customer-centric products in a scale-up or enterprise environment.

/ Notable commercial experience in launching & scaling products from 0 – 1.

/ Hands-on experience working with global market teams.

/ Understand Data Analytics & high-level AI concepts and how they could be applied to reduce friction in key user tasks and create new customer facing features / functionality.

/ Be confident in sharing new ideas & proposing solutions to resolve any challenges faced along the way.

/ Have a history of working in a fast-paced environment.

/ A strong business acumen is key!
