Job Overview:

We are seeking an entry- to mid-level ML Engineer (Generative AI) to drive dataset development and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs). This role emphasizes production-level model training, evaluation, deployment, and some research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dataset Development:Design and maintain high-quality datasets for model training.
• Model Training & Fine-Tuning:Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs (using frameworks like Hugging Face) to meet project needs.
• Optimize training pipelines and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Evaluation & Deployment:Implement metrics for model evaluation.
• Deploy models into production and monitor their performance.
• API Integration:Utilize tools like Postman for API testing and integration.
• Research & Collaboration:Stay updated on generative AI advancements (e.g., kv cache techniques).
• Work effectively with a diverse, remote team, ensuring clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with dataset development and LLM fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Hugging Face libraries.
• Understanding of API integration and model deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
