About The Role

We are seeking a Jr Marketing Specialist to support our client’s marketing initiatives by creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and optimizing online presence. This role involves executing marketing strategies across social media and websites, ensuring brand consistency and driving audience engagement through compelling content and strategic campaign management.

Experience Within The Home Services Niche Is a Plus.

Experience working in a digital marketing agency is required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Manage and organize lead lists using tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.
• Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential customers.
• Implement retargeting strategies across email, social media, and ads to maintain audience interest.
• Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools to improve effectiveness.
• Plan, create, and schedule compelling content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Design eye-catching visuals and short videos using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to enhance social media presence.
• Optimize website content for SEO, including meta tags, alt text, and site structure.
• Develop SEO-friendly content such as product descriptions, blogs, and landing pages aligned with brand messaging and audience needs.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven expertise in building and managing sales funnels and customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of email marketing, retargeting, and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong social media management and basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite).
• Experience working in the home services niche is preferred.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency is required.

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Salary: USD 800 to USD 1200 per month
