Job Overview

The Bull Squad Ltd is looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives/Agents to join our growing team. This is a fully remote role suited for self-motivated individuals who excel at sales, client engagement, and business development. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating leads, closing deals, and expanding our client base in travel consultancy, study abroad programs, work visas, and relocation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients interested in our study abroad, work visa, and relocation services.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls, emails, and social media interactions.

• Provide expert advice on available programs, visa processing, and travel options.

• Follow up with leads, address inquiries, and convert prospects into paying clients.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for performance-based bonuses.

• Stay up to date on industry trends, immigration policies, and study/work opportunities abroad.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach and lead generation.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (experience in travel consultancy is a plus).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Passion for helping people relocate, study, and work abroad.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, social media, and digital communication platforms.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
