Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in modern web and mobile development (iOS/Android), a strong grasp of UX design principles, and proven experience building fintech or crypto applications. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, excels under pressure, and thrives in dynamic, resource-limited environments. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will design and implement high-quality, user-facing software solutions that deliver frictionless financial experiences. Your goal is to deliver secure, high-performing interfaces that meet quality standards and upgrade user experience.

• Share the teams vision, set priorities on the product roadmap, and ensure deadlines and production quality are met.
• Bring innovative ideas to solve technical challenges.
• Solve front-end challenges with creative and effective solutions.
• Contribute to UI (web/mobile) development for the Wallets-as-a-Service platform.
• Incorporate fintech and banking UX/UI best practices into crypto wallets.
• Ensure secure, user-friendly passkey-based authentication experiences.
• Develop and maintain SDKs for smooth client integration.
• Implement responsive designs for optimal performance across all interfaces.
• Apply and stay updated on security best practices for frontend components.
• Review product code to ensure it meets specifications and requirements.
• Maintain clear, concise technical documentation.
• Address issues quickly and document resolutions.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance software development practices.
• Stay informed on new technologies and suggest improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar.
• Skilled in TypeScript (or similar languages).
• Expert in building UIs using React, Angular, Flutter or Vue.js.
• Familiar with WebAuthn and passkey authentication.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining SDKs.
• Strong skills in error handling, debugging, and real-time notifications.
• Knowledgeable in secure audit logging and financial UI best practices.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Proficient with Git for version control.
• Skilled in creating responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces.
• Proficient in frontend testing tools and workflows.
• Committed to delivering user-focused designs.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Capable of rapidly prototyping UI concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and idea advocacy skills.
• Clear communicator and calm under pressure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a professional approach.
• Deep understanding of crypto wallets is a big plus.
  
  

Compensation & Package

• Salary: 100,000-120,000 per year (full-time work contract).
• Equity: 300-600 stock options (i.e., 0.1-0.2%) vested over 4 years.
• Location: France or EU (fully remote with optional access to office)
