Your new role

As an HPC Support Engineer, you'll be part of our global team, providing 24/7 support for our GPU cloud platform and customer clusters. You'll use AI-powered tools and automation to enhance your technical skills in GPU infrastructure support. This role is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic, global environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• 1–2 years of IT support experience.
• Basic Linux command-line knowledge.
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts.
• Understanding of HPC environments and the components they use.

Core Competencies

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during solo shifts.
• Basic understanding of ITSM practices.
