Unity Developer

At Releaseworks, we are partnering with GuruNow who are revolutionizing corporate skills development. Our groundbreaking AI technology enables measurable improvements in crucial day-to-day skills through exercises and training programmes rooted in decades of research.

We are now looking for a Unity developer to join the team at GuruNow. This is a remote contract / freelance role with the potential to turn into a full time role later.

For this role, we are looking to connect directly with applicants who reside in the UK or the EU. No agencies please.

Responsibilities:

• Improving the quality of our humanoid avatars
• Creating animations and optimising the animation triggering logic
• Optimising the lipsync algorithm
• Optimising the graphical & rendering quality in WebGL
• Optimising the dynamic delivery of assets and caching via Unity Addressables

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have previous experience solving problems in the above setting
• Have impeccable attention to detail
• Be able to communicate effectively in English
• Be able to work as part of a software delivery team

This is a contract / freelance role with flexibility - we are open to full-time or part-time applicants on fully remote basis (UK or EU).
