Junior Talent Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Tech Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job boards and referrals to identify and attract top tech talent.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Salary Benchmarking: Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Use recruitment metrics and data to refine and improve the recruitment process.
• Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with local employment laws.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of various tech roles and skills, including software development, data engineering, DevOps, and more.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

Preferred Experiences:

• Experience in recruiting for specialized tech roles such as AI, machine learning, or cybersecurity.
• HR Expertise: Experience with salary benchmarking, relocation packages, and compensation strategies.
