Yamu Media is a fast-growing inbound marketing agency helping brands scale profitably. We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

💡 What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies tailored to multiple clients.
• Set up and optimize automated email workflows using HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp.
• Write engaging, high-converting email content that aligns with each client’s brand voice.
• Manage list segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization to maximize engagement.
• Monitor and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize based on insights.
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues and ensure high inbox placement rates.
• Stay ahead of email marketing trends and best practices.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing (B2B, B2C, SaaS, eCommerce).
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Mailchimp (experience with automation & reporting is a must).
• Strong copywriting skills with an understanding of persuasive email content.
• Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Experience with email deliverability, segmentation, and CRM integrations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus!
