A leading precious metals trading company in Singapore, expanding into digital finance. Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead / CTO to develop and scale a Digital Wallet for Web & Mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Wallet Development – Architect, launch, and scale a secure, high-performance wallet.
• Hands-on Coding – Write, review, and optimize code for real-time transactions.
• Tech Leadership – Choose the best tech stack, oversee backend, DevOps, and security.
• Team Management – Lead a remote team of 8 developers, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• API & System Integration – Connect wallet with payment gateways, trading platforms, and banking services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing & scaling a Digital Wallet.
• Expertise in Web & Mobile App development, transaction security, and API integrations.
• Leadership skills in remote team management and full-cycle product development.
• Cloud & DevOps knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Preferred Qualifications

• FinTech, digital payments, or blockchain experience.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML and transaction security regulations.
