Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is perfect for a proactive individual with 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, eager to grow within the SaaS/AI sector. The candidate will play a crucial role in executing digital marketing campaigns, supporting our online presence, and contributing to lead generation efforts.The ideal candidate should possess a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
Social Media Marketing: Execute social media campaigns, monitor performance, and engage with followers across various platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement
SEO & SEM Support: Assist in keyword research, website optimization, and the execution of paid search campaigns (PPC), contributing to improved search engine rankings and traffic
Email Marketing: Support the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to list segmentation strategies
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights
Marketing Automation: Assist in the implementation and management of marketing automation tools, supporting the development of automated workflows
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Experience: At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Technical skills:
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
- Soft skills:
- Excellent communication skills; must be a native English speaker
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Preferred Experience:
- Workexperience in a multinational organization is highly desirable
- Proven track record of contributing to successful digital marketing campaigns
- This roleis fully remote; candidates must have access to reliable high-speed internet and a conducive work environment
- Proficiencywith remote collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Jira) is essential
