Ringo Media is a global digital solutions provider offering VoIP, PBX hosting, software development, and web hosting services. Our infrastructure spans multiple hosting providers, including SiteGround, Vultr, Contabo, and others. We are looking for a full-time Server & IT Manager with expertise in both Windows and Linux server environments to oversee and maintain our hosting infrastructure.

As a Server & IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing Windows and Linux-based servers, cloud hosting environments, and IT support tasks. You will oversee the hosting of PBX systems, Windows-based applications, WordPress sites, and custom software, ensuring optimal performance and security.

✅ Manage and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) environments.

✅ Oversee cloud hosting on SiteGround, Vultr, Contabo, and other providers.

✅ Perform server updates, security patches, and backups for both Windows and Linux servers.

✅ Optimize servers for PBX hosting (Asterisk, FreePBX, FusionPBX), WordPress, and custom applications.

✅ Configure and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, IIS, and Windows-based applications.

✅ Set up and manage firewalls, DNS, email servers, and security protocols.

✅ Handle SSL certificates, malware scanning, and security hardening.

✅ Provide IT support, networking configurations, and system optimizations.

✅ Ensure scalability, cost-efficiency, and high availability of server resources.

✔ Strong experience managing Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian).

✔ Experience with Windows-based hosting (IIS, Active Directory, Group Policies, RDP, DNS, VPNs).

✔ Cloud hosting expertise (SiteGround, Vultr, Contabo, AWS, or similar).

✔ Experience with PBX hosting (Asterisk, FreePBX, FusionPBX) is a plus.

✔ Proficiency in server security, firewalls, and malware protection.

✔ Ability to troubleshoot WordPress & custom website hosting issues.

✔ Experience optimizing server performance and troubleshooting system failures.

• Experience with Hyper-V, VMware, or virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell scripting).
• Monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
