This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage client relationships, support business operations, and contribute to marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Support & Coordination: Handle client queries via phone and email, ensuring top-tier service.

- CRM Management: Track and manage client interactions using HubSpot.

- Relationship Building: Maintain strong client connections, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.

- Marketing & Events: Support marketing campaigns, manage social media content, and assist with event coordination.

- Administrative Support: Work closely with senior stakeholders to maintain accurate data and streamline operations.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Administration, or Account Management.

- Strong communication skills with a client-first approach.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
