Job Description

Short Summary This Role :

Our client are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Clerk with strong experience in office administration, logistics, and handling travel arrangements for expatriates. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing support to the administrative team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring efficient office logistics.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory management.
  • Manage the office calendar and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for events, meetings, and company functions.
  • Manage office equipment and ensure everything is in working order.
  • Liaise with vendors for office supplies and services as needed.
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and distribution of materials as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for expatriates, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are well-organized.
  • Ensure that expatriates’ visa, immigration, and work permits are processed and up to date.
  • Assist with expatriate relocation services, including housing and settling-in arrangements.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in office administration, logistics, and handling travel arrangements for expatriates.
  • Previous experience working with international clients or expatriates is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office management software.
  • Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures for expatriates.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
