✔ 5+ years of full stack development experience

✔ Proficiency in Python/Django, Ruby on Rails, and React

✔ Proven ability to own and deliver complex projects independently

✔ Strong foundation in code quality, testing (pytest, Cypress, Playwright), and best practices

✔ Excellent written communication for technical decisions and trade-offs

✔ Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and thrive in fast-paced environments

✔ Comfortable with remote work (minimum 4 hours overlap with GMT+8)

✔ Open to visa sponsorship for qualified candidates (T&Cs apply)

✔ Preference for candidates with an existing right to work in the country
