We are now hiring a Tech Lead with expertise in Informatica IDQ, EDC & Axon/Marketplace for an onsite role in Saudi Arabia with one of our key enterprise clients.

About the Role

This is a senior technical leadership role where you will be responsible for leading data governance projects and ensuring smooth implementation of Informatica IDQ, EDC, and Axon/Marketplace. You will work closely with key stakeholders in an enterprise Oil & Gas environment to define governance frameworks, implement best practices, and drive compliance with data regulations.

This is a critical hire, and we are looking for a seasoned professional who can take ownership of end-to-end data governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead data profiling development projects, coordinating team efforts for successful delivery

✔ Oversee and implement Informatica IDQ, EDC & Axon/Marketplace solutions

✔ Define and manage Axon facets (system, glossary, datasets, people, etc.)

✔ Establish relationships and links within Axon facets to enhance governance

✔ Configure EDC resources, run scanners, and create data lineage

✔ Maintain Enterprise Data Catalog to inventory data assets

✔ Develop and enforce data governance policies & frameworks in alignment with regulatory requirements

✔ Engage with business and IT leaders to ensure seamless integration of data governance strategies

✔ Provide guidance and thought leadership on data governance best practices

What You Need to Succeed

🔹 10+ years of experience in data governance, data quality & enterprise data projects

🔹 Deep expertise in Informatica IDQ, EDC & Axon/Marketplace

🔹 Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, compliance & industry regulations

🔹 Experience leading enterprise-wide data governance initiatives

🔹 Hands-on experience in Axon facets, EDC configuration & profiling

🔹 Excellent stakeholder management & leadership skills

🔹 Strong communication skills—ability to work with business and IT teams

🔹 Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
