What We're Looking For

✅ 2-3+ years of Ruby on Rails experience in a production environment

✅ Located in Latin America

✅ Passion for coding, continuous learning, and problem-solving

✅ Strong English communication skills (especially written)

✅ Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection

🔹 PostgreSQL optimization and AWS RDS experience

🔹 Frontend experience with React (JavaScript/TypeScript)

🔹 Knowledge of ReScript (ReasonML)

🔹 Docker & containerization skills for multi-cloud deployment
