Role Overview: As the Head of Engineering, you will lead the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our platform. You will be responsible for architecting and scaling a secure, efficient, and regulatory-compliant tokenization liquidity network and trading engine. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in trading engines, blockchain development, and distributed systems, along with the ability to recruit and lead a high-performance engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the technical strategy for our tokenization liquidity network and trading engine system.
• Lead the design, architecture, and development of our blockchain-based infrastructure, smart contracts, and backend systems.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of talented engineers across multiple disciplines (blockchain, backend, security, DevOps, and frontend as needed).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with blockchain networks and distribution channels.
• Ensure all blockchain applications comply with regulatory requirements and security standards.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in blockchain technology, especially within the Solana ecosystem, such as token extensions.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for fostering engineering excellence.
• Strong expertise in building trading products.
• Strong understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) principles and asset tokenization.
• Good understanding of tokenization frameworks, on-chain liquidity mechanisms, and cross-chain interoperability.
• Familiarity with regulatory considerations in financial asset tokenization.
• Experience with cross-chain protocols and interoperability solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Some experiences with scaling a tech team.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment.
• Good to have direct Smart Contract development experience, but it is not a must.
