What you need

• Experience on similar position (minimum 2-3 years)
• A degree in computer science, similar education or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of server operating systems, such as Windows and Linux
• Understanding interactions between infrastructure and software components
• Experience in IT service management according to ITIL / DevOps
• Scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Windows PowerShell), application server and middleware components (Nginx, IIS) and tools for monitoring, optimization, stabilization, interface connection and administration
• Experience with network configuration
• Ability to work independently and well organized
• Client-oriented approach, empathy and detail-oriented
• Very good spoken and written English skills (C1). German language skills are a plus but not required
• Readiness to relocation to Munich

What you can expect

• Windows/Linux environment problem solving
• Administrating On-Premises, Active Directory based windows infrastructure
• Incident handling (1st and 2nd level support)
• Administrating Microsoft365 services (EntraID, Teams, Exchange online, SharePoint Online)
• Maintenance and monitoring network security software appliances and responding to alerts as needed
