Angular Engineer

Mokka is transforming hiring with AI-powered candidate assessment tools that streamline recruitment workflows. We’re building a high-performance, scalable Angular front end that integrates seamlessly with LLMs, recruiter platforms, and ATS systems.

What You’ll Do

• Develop & Maintain Angular Apps – Build scalable, high-performance front-end applications that support real-time candidate screening and recruiter dashboards.
• Ensure Reusability & Modularity – Design maintainable, component-based UIs with at least 90% reusable elements to streamline future development.
• Optimize Performance – Minimize load times, enhance UI responsiveness, and implement state management (NgRx or similar) for a seamless user experience.
• AI-Powered Development – Leverage AI-assisted tools like Devin & Cursor to boost development speed and improve code quality.
• Front-End Security & Best Practices – Ensure secure, accessible, and cross-browser compatible UI components for a frictionless candidate experience.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Angular experience building scalable front-end applications.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, RxJS, and state management (NgRx or similar).
• Experience in optimizing front-end performance & accessibility.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and UI data handling.
• Startup experience or the ability to work in fast-moving, iterative environments.
• Experience in working with LLMs integrations is a plus.
