Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and model deployment, with experience in building predictive models and data-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities

Model Development & Implementation

• Implement segmentation models (K-Means, DBSCAN, GMM, AutoML)
• Develop churn prediction algorithms (Logistic Regression, XGBoost)
• Build recommendation engines (Collaborative Filtering, Deep Learning)
• Design sales forecasting models (ARIMA, LSTM, Prophet)

Analysis & Optimization

• Prepare and clean customer data (Pandas, SQL)
• Select optimal hyperparameters and validate models
• Monitor model performance and suggest improvements

Deliverables & Visualization

• Create interactive dashboards with Power BI / Streamlit
• Generate detailed analytical reports with recommendations

Skills & Experience

Soft skills

• Ability to explain results to non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and autonomy in a remote work environment

Functional/Technical

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Data Science, Machine Learning
• 3+ years of experience in modelling and ML
• Consulting experience in data is a plus
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and structuring
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau for data visualization
• Familiarity with API development and deployment using Flask/FastAPI (a plus)

Benefits & Remuneration

• SGD 5,000 to SGD 8,000 depending on experience
• Fully remote role
