- Monitor system and network services to ensure maximum availability and performance
- Analyze and troubleshoot network and system issues
- Communicate with various stakeholders and track problems through to resolution
- Monitor systems and network services using various tools
- Troubleshoot network and system issues following standard procedures
- Track and document all issues and resolutions
- Report incidents to management or other resources when necessary
- Maintain communication within the team and with stakeholders
- Knowledge of DNS management and Domain Name System
- Experience with Linux systems and web servers (Apache & NGINX)
- Basic understanding of networking and internet protocols
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and ITIL methodology is advantageous
- Chinese language proficiency for communication with clients
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
- Customer-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Comfortable working in a 12-hour rotating shift environment
