IT Service Manager

Capitole Consulting is growing, and we are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join our team!

If you have 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management, a strong background in ITIL processes, security management, and SLA monitoring, this is your chance to work in an international, fully remote environment.🌍✨

🎯Requirements:

🎓 Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

💼 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally working with external providers.

🌍 English (C1+) required, German is a plus.

🛠 Strong knowledge of ITIL, IT security, capacity & service management.

💡 Excellent communication, analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage & coordinate IT operations for TAF Partner Operation RD with Infosys & internal teams.

✅ Oversee SLAs, KPIs & service quality, ensuring compliance & performance monitoring.

✅ Lead incident, problem & security management, ensuring proper documentation & resolutions.

✅ Conduct capacity management & storage analysis, and system performance monitoring

✅ Reporting: Track IT performance & create reports on capacity planning & user satisfaction.

🌍Location: FULLREMOTE (mandatory location: Madrid)

⏳Schedule: flexible. Friday intensive.
