The Role:

We're seeking a passionate and skilled PHP Developer to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining our suite of SaaS products, utilizing best practices and modern development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using Laravel (or Symfony).
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Utilize advanced Git workflows for efficient source code management.
• Design and implement efficient database solutions using MySQL.
• Perform full-stack development, including both backend and frontend tasks.
• Conduct comprehensive end-user, browser, and application testing.
• Ensure website accessibility compliance (minimum AA standard).
• Develop reusable code and libraries for future projects.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
• Collaborate effectively with backend and frontend developers.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience with the Laravel framework
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented PHP principles.
• Proficiency in Git workflows and command-line tools (rebase, bisect).
• Solid experience with MySQL databases.
• Experience in both backend and frontend development.
• Knowledge of website accessibility standards.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
