Project Description:
This is a good opportunity to participate in the new in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) project for one of the biggest European car makers. This is a very fast-growing project that requires talented software developers and test engineers who like challenges and new cutting-edge technologies. Applicant will have the possibility to gain experience in development or integrating/testing of different functionalities. The candidate will be part of the international team and have the opportunity to work with the latest software technologies like Android Automotive OS.
Responsibilities:
- To develop Navigation Controller based on one of the most advanced navigation platform, to create innovative in-car experiences with a range of services including maps, live traffic, POI search, routing and more
- Help with drive architectural direction and decisions
- Develop components\classes according to the architecture agreed on Architecture Board
- Working closely with Development, Testers, Architects, and Product Owners throughout the development lifecycle to deliver high-quality software on time
- Participation in peer reviews, estimation, and other engineering activities
- Mentor and assist other engineers in or out of your areas of ownership and expertise
- Contribute towards continual improvement of organizational products and processes
Mandatory Skills Description:
• 9+ years of engineering experience
• 5+ years of confirmed experience with Kotlin (Android Applications development)
• Strong Soft skills
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
• Experience in automotive
• HMI knowledge
• Navigaton experience with Android
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Knowledge and insight into ASPICE
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high motivation
