As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline ambassador for SimplyBook.me, delivering professional and friendly support to our customers via email and chat (no phone support). You will be the problem solver, the guide, and the reliable point of contact that our clients trust and rely on.
Your goal is to make every interaction a positive experience, while continuously looking for ways to improve our services and enhance customer satisfaction. Youโll be working with a supportive and collaborative team that shares insights and best practices to make our product even better.
This role follows a hybrid work modelโenjoy the flexibility of 4 remote days while connecting with your team 1 day a week at our Limassol office.

- Deliver exceptional customer support through email and chat, maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring complete and satisfactory resolutions.
- Identify customer challenges and propose practical, innovative solutions.
- Actively share feedback and insights to improve our product and services.
- Keep customers informed about new features and updates to enhance their experience.
- Proven experience in customer support, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (upper-intermediate level or higher).
- Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML or CSS is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new challenges.
- Comfortable working during night shifts (00:00 - 07:00).
