My client is a leading software company specialising in developing innovative solutions for a niche industry. They are seeking a talented .NET Developer to join their growing team and contribute to the design and development of their software products. Role and Responsibilities:

As a .NET Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and implement new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall codebase.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core).
• Solid experience with ASP.NET MVC/Web API and building RESTful services.
• Proficiency with SQL Server.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML 5, and CSS.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
