We’ve one of the largest seed rounds in SEA totalling US$20M to build out our vision. The team is small because we can’t hire great people as fast as the company is growing.

About The Job

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of our AI-powered anime fandom, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features that drive personalisation, community and gamification. Your work will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of anime industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on predictive accuracy, fan experience, and business goals.
• Partner with engineers to integrate advanced AI models into the platform.
• Collaborate with UX designers to develop intuitive interfaces tailored for IP owners and licensees.
• Conduct user research and collect feedback to refine and enhance product features.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and identify improvement opportunities.
  
  

Requirements

• Able to work in-office from Monday through Saturday
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally within a technology company.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a startup environment or with rapidly scaling products is a plus.
  
  

Compensation

• Base cash comp starting at RM150,000 - RM400,000
• Generous equity grant
• A RM20K relocation bonus (if moving to Kuala Lumpur)
