We’re now seeking an entrepreneurial, tech-savvy Co-Founder to help build and scale our revolutionary AI recruitment product from stealth to market leader.

Your Mission as Co-Founder

As our technical and product visionary, you’ll:

• Lead Product & Tech Strategy: Shape the direction of our proprietary AI recruitment platform, G.O.A.R. Recruiter™ and G.O.A.R. Candidate™.

• Build & Scale the Team: Recruit and manage a world-class AI and software engineering team based in Lisbon.

• Own the Tech Roadmap: From initial MVP through public launch and beyond, ensuring continuous innovation and product-market fit.

• Ensure Technical Excellence: Implement agile methodologies, robust AI and machine learning frameworks, and rigorous cybersecurity practices.

• Collaborate & Fundraise: Work closely with Reach Velocity leadership, investors, and strategic partners to secure funding and expand our market presence.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a senior technical/product role (e.g., CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Product) within an AI, recruitment tech, or SaaS startup.

• Expertise in generative AI, machine learning models, NLP, or related technologies.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in startup environments, strategic yet hands-on.

• Passion for innovation, AI, and transforming the recruitment landscape.

• Strong leadership and communication skills; experience managing teams of engineers and developers.
