✅ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment – Lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding to attract top talent aligned with your vision.
✅ Client Engagement & Well-being – Act as a trusted HR partner, supporting career progression, satisfaction, and conflict resolution.
✅ Performance & Leadership Development – Guide individuals through coaching, performance management, and feedback strategies.
✅ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) – Implement inclusive hiring initiatives and foster an equitable culture.
✅ Learning & Development – Identify growth opportunities, facilitate and participate in online training programs, and support professional development.
✅ HR Strategy & Compliance – Ensure best practices in HR policies and digital and online systems.
✔️ HR & People Expertise – 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, organisational development, or a similar role.
✔️ Strong Communication & Relationship-Building Skills – Ability to independently connect with and support people at all levels.
✔️ Tech-Savvy & Adaptable – Comfortable with CRM systems, HR software, ATS, digital collaboration tools, and social platforms.
✔️ Proactive & Strategic Thinker – Passionate about supporting colleagues and clients through innovation.
✔️ Relevant Education (Preferred, Not Required) – A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
