Phoenix Native — a fast-growing native advertising network — is looking for a Publisher Acquisition Manager to help us expand our ecosystem of high-quality content websites.

What you’ll do:

Identify and reach out to potential publishers (media platforms, content sites, niche blogs)

Present the benefits of partnering with Phoenix Native

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships

Manage onboarding and ensure smooth integration

Monitor publisher performance and traffic quality

What we’re looking for:

Experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or media partnerships (a plus)

Understanding of publisher monetization and traffic sources

Excellent communication skills (English language required, other languages - advantage)

Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive approach

Comfortable using CRM tools or Google Sheets/Excel
