✅ Requirements:
✔️At least 1-years of work experience on a similar position;
✔️Highly experienced in Help Desk troubleshooting and problem-solving;
✔️Understanding the principles of the network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP), network, firewall;
✔️Experience working with JIRA/CONFLUENCE;
✔️Experience in working with network equipment, purchase, configuration and support;
✔️Excellent problem-solving skills;
✔️Experience working wight JAMF PRO will be a great plus.
✔️English - at least Intermediate level.
✅ Main responsibilities:
✔️Technical support for office and remote employees;
✔️Setting up new workstations for employees;
✔️Installation and configuration of software, office and network equipment;
✔️Configuration and administration of office networks;
✔️Control of user access to systems;
✔️Administration macOS, Windows, Linux;
✔️Purchase equipment;
✔️Inventory of IT equipment;
✔️Support internal Access Control System;
✔️Troubleshooting.
