🔎 What to Expect

Drive the digital transformation! You will develop and implement strategies for automating build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring security is integrated throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

💼 Embedded in cross-functional Scrum teams, you’ll support the organization’s journey towards a fully digital bank, actively shaping the future.

📐 Design comprehensive architectures and documentation for our DevOps platforms, and represent the company externally at conferences and events by presenting current trends and best practices.

📚 Conduct trainings and workshops to upskill IT teams in DevOps practices and strengthen their technical capabilities.

🛠️ Work with cutting-edge tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

🧰 What You Bring

🎓 A degree in (Business) Informatics, Telecommunications, Banking, or a comparable qualification.

💼 At least 7 years of professional experience, with expert knowledge in building and integrating DevOps platforms, and solid hands-on experience in cloud computing.

📦 Proficiency in application design, containerization, and orchestration methods.

🧠 Strong analytical and conceptual skills, goal orientation, and excellent communication abilities.

🗣️ German B2, with good English skills to complement your profile.
