About the role

This role is for a hands-on and resourceful AI engineer who can go beyond just model development—diving into operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement AI solutions that drive real impact.

What you'll do

• Analyze and optimize operations – Deep-dive into workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose AI solutions to automate and accelerate processes.
• Develop and implement AI-driven optimizations – Build and deploy ML models to enhance speed, efficiency, and accuracy across various functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership to align AI solutions with business needs.
• Scale AI-powered systems – Develop robust, scalable AI solutions that can handle high transaction volumes and real-world operational challenges.
• Stay ahead of AI innovations – Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Graduated from or excelled at top universities (e.g., Ivy League schools, top regional universities such as NUS, NTU, etc).
• Held AI-focused roles at global tech companies, fast-growing startups, or AI research labs, and/or served as a founder or early team member of high-profile emerging ventures.
• Recognized with international awards, especially STEM awards, or delivered national-level impac

Skills & Traits

• Strong engineering background – Proven experience in machine learning, data science, and AI-driven automation.
