Role Description

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, adaptability to client demands, and the ability to work quickly while maintaining top-tier quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, ads, branding, and marketing campaigns that align with our high aesthetic standards.
• Work primarily in Canva (since speed is key), but Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
• Develop motion graphics when needed. (also a plus!)
• Adapt to client requests and brand style rather than sticking to a single personal style.
• Write concise and engaging text when needed—titles, content, short-form copy—leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with the social media, content, and ad teams to create high-performing visuals.
• Adapt designs based on performance data to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick turnarounds without sacrificing creativity.
• Stay updated on design trends, AI tools, and emerging social media strategies to keep our content ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English is a must (writing and communication).
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a social media, marketing, or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, branding, and ad creatives with a high-end aesthetic.
• Expert in Canva (quick, efficient, and polished designs).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro preferred).
• Ability to write compelling short-form copy and work with AI tools
• Versatility to adapt to different client needs and brand aesthetics
• Excellent time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
