We’ve one of the largest seed rounds in SEA totalling US$20M to build out our vision. The team is small because we can’t hire great people as fast as the company is growing. Our engineering team is consistently rated as one of the top within Asia.

Role Summary:

The Brand Manager will oversee Kasagi Labo's brand image, messaging, and market positioning, working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital and social channels.
• Analyze market trends and fan behavior to inform branding decisions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Support stakeholder communications and operational tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• Base cash comp starting at RM120,000 - RM220,000
• Generous equity grant
• A RM20K relocation bonus (if moving to Kuala Lumpur)
• We work in the office Mon-Sat
