FrodoBots Lab is a consumer robotics company pioneering robotic gaming at the intersection of web2 and web3. We build real-world robots that interact with blockchain-based economies — blending hardware, gaming, and crypto into immersive, next-gen experiences. We’re scaling fast and looking for a smart, creative, and AI-savvy Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand, community, and reach.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute marketing strategy across digital, social, and community channels.

• Manage product launches, announcements, and ongoing engagement campaigns for projects like robots.fun, ufb.gg and our SAM ecosystem.

• Drive storytelling across our platforms — craft narratives that bridge robotics, gaming, and crypto in compelling ways.

• Work closely with our design, product, and dev teams to bring ideas to life.

• Run community and content campaigns across Twitter, Discord, Farcaster, and emerging channels.

• Track and analyze performance across campaigns to refine strategy.

• Leverage modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Notion AI, etc.) to ideate, automate, and scale content and operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in marketing, ideally in web3, gaming, or consumer tech.

• A strong understanding of storytelling, community engagement, and brand building.

• Proven ability to grow and activate audiences on social and community platforms.

• Strong writing and communication skills — you can make complex ideas sound exciting and clear.

• Up to date with the latest AI tools and how they can be used to streamline creative and marketing workflows.

• Comfortable working remotely and autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Bonus if you’ve worked on crypto product launches, NFT drops, or community-led marketing campaigns.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with gaming brands or robotics/hardware companies.

• Familiarity with crypto-native platforms (Lens, Farcaster, Mirror, etc.).

• Design or video editing skills, especially using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Canva, Runway, Descript).

• Experience working in APAC markets and understanding cultural nuances in digital engagement.
