About the Role:

We are looking for a Python Prompt Engineer to join our team and take ownership of integrating and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) in real-world applications. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping AI-driven user interactions, ensuring high-quality prompt design, model efficiency, and seamless API integration.

About the Company: the platform that empowers content creators with an AI personal assistant that clones their voice and personality, providing tools for monetization like AI-driven chats, paywalls, and pay-to-view videos. It supports creators across industries, enhances fan engagement through AI-based characters, and reduces reliance on managers, ensuring creators retain more revenue.

The platform prioritizes safety with AI-based moderation, effectively managing NSFW content and ensuring compliance with guidelines. With a beta launch imminent and a full release planned for April, the MVP includes creator onboarding, paywalls, and subscription features. Plans include developing fully fictitious AI creators and refining payment systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Python development, with real-world exposure to integrating prompt engineering into AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Llama and its integration into AI workflows.
• Demonstrated expertise in optimizing prompts for LLMs in live production settings.
• Proficiency in building and refining APIs that utilize AI models for user interactions.
• Knowledge of AI-powered platforms and delivering value through prompt design.
• Understanding limits like Context window size, context summary, and haining prompts.
• Solid Python expertise, demonstrated in production-grade AI solutions.
• Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, video) and recommendation systems.
• Proven ability to optimize and deploy AI models at scale.
• Using prompting, soft prompting, and fine-tuning to tame any LLM.

Responsibilities:

• Delivered prompt-engineered features that enhanced user experience or functionality.
• Experience in A/B testing and refining prompt strategies based on real-world data.

Recruitment Process:

1.Initial Screening

2. Technical Assessment (1–1.5 hours) – Comprising the following components:

○ Introductory Discussion with the Hiring Manager;

○ Technical interview (code review, architecture discussion, and scenario-based problem-solving);

○ Cultural Fit Interview.
