We're seeking an exceptional Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the creation and development of our AI-driven forecasting technology from the ground up.

🔍 Role Overview:

As our CTO, you'll be at the core of Insight Questor’s technology vision. Your mission will be to develop sophisticated machine learning and predictive analytics models, establish our technological infrastructure, build and lead a world-class team, and shape our product strategy in close collaboration with quantitative analysts.

📌 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy advanced AI/ML models for financial forecasting (time-series forecasting, neural networks: RNN/LSTM, Transformers, etc.).

• Architect scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) with best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, testing automation, and monitoring.

• Hire, build, and mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers, Python developers, and data engineers.

• Lead the entire R&D process, from ideation and experimentation to the production deployment of AI models.

• Collaborate closely with quantitative analysts to translate financial strategies into practical technology solutions.

🎯 Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven track record in developing and successfully launching AI-powered products or platforms.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and Pandas.

• Deep expertise in developing scalable, secure, and reliable AI infrastructure.

• Strong leadership experience, including team hiring, management, and mentorship.

• Passion for innovation and staying ahead of emerging trends in AI and ML.

• Proficiency in Russian at least at a B1 level.

🌟 Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical fields.

• Previous professional experience within major financial institutions, exchanges, hedge funds, or similar environments.

• Familiarity with financial markets, trading strategies, and financial analytics.
